Black Mayors & Leadership Series
In early 2021 Thinkinc.played a key role in bringing to life the Black Mayors & Leadership Series, featuring Mayors Lori E. Lightfoot of Chicago, Ras J. Baraka of Newark and Sylvester Turner of Houston.
The March virtual events highlighted how the absence of a coherent national vision the past four years have thrust Black mayors into new dimensions of leadership.

The virtual events were presented by our client the Institute for the Study of Societal Issues; as well as the Department of African American Studies & African Diaspora Studies at the University of California, Berkeley; with the Great Cities Institute at the University of Illinois Chicago.
